Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop error-correction protocols enabling 1000+ qubit stable systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen encryption systems
- Present breakthrough research at global quantum summits (Q2H, IEEE Quantum Week)
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum algorithm optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum gate operations and error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum scalability
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of building cryogenic quantum systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
