What You'll Achieve: Lead the development of fault-tolerant quantum processors, design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms, and establish industry benchmarks for quantum supremacy applications. Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data systems
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Drive commercialization of quantum algorithms in healthcare and finance
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of fault-tolerant quantum system design
- Strong background in superconducting or topological qubit technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing papers
- Experience leading technical teams in R&D environments
