Responsibilities

- Conduct research on quantum hardware limitations and propose innovative mitigation strategies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or PyQuil)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Published research in quantum computing or demonstrated industry-level quantum projects
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
