Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity
- Lead 15+ person research team across physics, CS, and engineering domains
- Secure $2M+ annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to deploy quantum solutions
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Davos Tech Summit
- File 5+ patents annually in quantum cryptography and AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or CS with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (h-index >25)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of securing federal research funding
- Experience leading international quantum research consortia
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and entanglement
- Proficiency in high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum systems
