Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for commercial applications
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech research partners on 2026 tech roadmaps
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum error correction
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NASA grants annually
- Publish in Nature Quantum Information journal
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/Theoretical Physics
- 3+ years with IBM Quantum Experience or similar
- Published work in top-10 CS conferences
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Quil frameworks
- Security clearance preferred
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
