- Mentor engineers on future-proof coding practices and security-by-design principles
- Secure patents for breakthrough innovations in autonomous systems and bio-integrated tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech paradigms
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ engineers in high-growth environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M revenue impact
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Global speaking experience at major tech conferences (AWS re:Invent, Google I/O, etc.)
