Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving
- Lead a cross-functional team of 10+ researchers and engineers
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Secure $5M+ in research funding through government and private partnerships
- Present findings at premier conferences (IEEE Quantum Week, etc.)
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen quantum hardware integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum error correction frameworks
- Proven track record leading R&D projects with $1M+ budgets
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
