- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals and secure federal innovation grants
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and quantum engineering interns
- Translate theoretical models into practical quantum computing frameworks for commercial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC frameworks
- Deep expertise in quantum error correction codes and topological quantum computing
- Track record of securing DoE/NSF grants exceeding $1M
- Experience leading teams of 10+ quantum researchers
- Strong knowledge of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, photonic, trapped ion)
