- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware providers and academic institutions
- Secure $5M+ annual research funding through NSF and DoD proposals
- Develop quantum-optimized machine learning frameworks for industrial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit systems
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing federal research grants exceeding $1M
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 scalability roadmaps
- Strong background in at least one classical HPC framework (HPC/AWS ParallelCluster)
