Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with Q# or Qiskit
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum machine learning frameworks
