Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for error correction and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge software-hardware integration gaps
- Lead experimental quantum computing trials using superconducting and photonic systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Develop secure quantum communication protocols for next-gen networks
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, statistical mechanics, and algorithm design
- Proficiency with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
