Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum processors with 100+ qubit stability
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at global quantum conferences
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Mentor junior researchers and secure $5M+ in annual research grants
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on classified quantum defense projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm implementation on hardware platforms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
