Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulators
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
