Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and drug discovery
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into enterprise-grade systems
- Pioneer error mitigation techniques for fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Author peer-reviewed publications and secure patents in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Innovation Fellowship program
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive modeling

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years of industry research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks

- Proficiency in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
