Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) for market impact and adoption curves
- Lead executive workshops to translate future trends into actionable business roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure responsible innovation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence landscapes
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
