Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for next-generation computational systems
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in developing error-corrected qubit architectures
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Develop quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization
- Secure and manage research grants from federal agencies and private investors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)

- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
