Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks

- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science) and industry conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum-classical interfaces

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics (or equivalent research experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and low-level quantum assembly
- Proven track record of publishing quantum algorithm breakthroughs (5+ papers in top journals)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum machine learning libraries
- Experience securing federal or corporate research grants ($500K+ preferred)
