Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Lead research initiatives targeting quantum advantage in machine learning frameworks
- Develop quantum simulation tools for classical-quantum hybrid systems
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing research venues
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental implementations
