Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into cloud computing frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at international conferences
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum Information)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance architectures
