Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure to support our 2026 product roadmaps and long-term strategic goals.
- Lead the architectural design of Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, security, and compliance.
- Drive innovation in MLOps and edge computing to optimize real-time inference.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception through production deployment.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
