Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in government grants and venture capital for quantum initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Develop patent-pending quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate with DARPA and NASA on quantum satellite communication systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or ion-trap systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (arXiv submissions acceptable)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal research grants (NSF/NIH experience)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and tensor network simulations
- Clearance for DOE/NIST quantum security protocols
- Track record of translating theory into commercial prototypes
