Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Experience with quantum simulators and cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
