Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-safe blockchain infrastructures for 2026 scalability requirements
- Lead development of AI-powered predictive systems for climate modeling and resource optimization
- Architect decentralized identity frameworks compliant with future global regulations
- Prototype neural interfaces for human-computer symbiosis applications
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Systems Architecture
- 10+ years experience in distributed systems with 3+ years in quantum-resistant cryptography
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science) on exponential technologies
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy implementations
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and quantum assembly languages (QASM)
- Track record of leading projects with >$10M R&D budgets
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two commercialized future-tech innovations
