Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware integration and error correction techniques
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum computing solutions
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, quantum gates, and quantum error correction
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of publishing research in quantum computing or related fields
