Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design next-gen quantum systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of leading technical projects with measurable impact
