Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead experimental validation of qubit stability protocols
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to create hybrid quantum-classical models
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $2M+ in federal research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (2020-2023)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum circuit design experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of decoherence mitigation techniques
- Strong Python/C++ programming with scientific libraries
- Security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Patent portfolio in quantum technologies
