Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum computing networks with sub-millisecond latency requirements
- Develop quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for hybrid classical-quantum systems
- Lead implementation of fault-tolerant quantum error correction algorithms
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize cryogenic control systems
- Create blueprints for quantum data centers with 100+ qubit coherence capabilities
- Establish industry standards for quantum network interoperability (QNI)
- Drive R&D in quantum machine learning integration frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC codes)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum computing
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
