Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 99.9% uptime requirements
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical security protocols for post-quantum encryption
- Lead implementation of quantum-optimized cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure quantum services
- Coordinate with hardware teams to calibrate qubit arrays for commercial viability
- Create predictive models for quantum error correction in real-world applications
- Establish quantum network standards for 2026 IoT ecosystem integration
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience with 5+ years
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms and topological qubits
- Proven track record designing fault-tolerant quantum systems at scale
- Certification in AWS/Azure quantum services and quantum cloud architecture
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerance roadmaps
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, QML)
- Published research in quantum cryptography or distributed quantum computing
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for executive stakeholders
