Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum processors operating at room temperature
- Implement quantum-secure communication protocols across distributed networks
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators into existing cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-optimized machine learning models
- Create documentation and training materials for quantum system operators
- Stay current with breakthroughs in topological quantum computing and fault tolerance
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware and control systems
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning applications
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST quantum standards)
