Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications

- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize software-hardware integration
- Lead open-source quantum software initiatives and publish breakthrough research
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years experience in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum circuit optimization

- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
