Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum UX research methodologies using biometric monitoring and predictive AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing neural-interface prototypes for next-gen AR/VR systems
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI-driven behavioral adaptation in consumer tech
- Translate complex neuroscientific data into actionable design principles for quantum interfaces
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to optimize human-algorithm interaction models
- Present research findings to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging UX technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years leading UX research at Fortune 500 tech companies
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum algorithm design
- Proficiency in EEG, fNIRS, and eye-tracking neuro-technologies
- Published research in top-tier HCI journals (CHI, UIST, etc.)
- Experience with AI/ML integration in behavioral modeling systems
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and human augmentation technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough interface innovations
