Job Description
Join Nexa Labs at the forefront of human-machine interaction as we redefine digital experiences for 2026. We're seeking a visionary Quantum UX Researcher to pioneer next-generation interface paradigms using neuro-quantum computing principles. This role bridges cognitive science, emerging technologies, and ethical AI design to create seamless human-AI collaborations.
As part of our Innovation Lab, you'll work alongside Nobel laureates and Turing Award winners in an environment where curiosity is currency. Your research will directly shape how 2 billion users interact with quantum-encrypted neural interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute neuro-quantum UX studies using fNIRS and quantum-entangled eye-tracking
- Develop predictive models for human-AI trust dynamics in 2026 ecosystems
- Create ethical frameworks for biometric interface design and cognitive augmentation
- Lead cross-functional sprints with Quantum AI and Neuromorphic Engineering teams
- Author white papers on quantum cognition and interface symbiosis
- Prototype AR/VR interfaces using holographic projection and haptic feedback systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Quantum Computing, or Human-Computer Interaction
- 3+ years in neuro-UX research with quantum computing applications
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit) and neural network design
- Published work in Nature Quantum Information or CHI proceedings
- Experience with neuro-quantum hardware (e.g., D-Wave Advantage systems)
- Certification in Ethical AI Design from IEEE Quantum Ethics Board
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-ready interface prototypes
- Fluency in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
