Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced emergency setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Provide patient education on health conditions
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in shift rotations and on-call duties
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas
- 2+ years ER nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN degree preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Spanish language proficiency a plus
