Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ retail associates through performance coaching and training
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all customer touchpoints
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product assortment
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives to boost community engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail management experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and team development
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and loss prevention protocols
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid California driver's license required
