Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and staff scheduling
- Implement and maintain quality care standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor staff
- Collaborate with department heads on process improvements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Respond to critical incidents and emergency situations
- Manage inventory and equipment resources
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- 1+ years in supervisory role
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with EMR systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
