Responsibilities
- Drive sales through exceptional customer engagement and product knowledge
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Process transactions accurately and maintain inventory records
- Train and mentor new team members on sales techniques
- Collaborate with visual merchandising to optimize store presentation
- Implement promotional campaigns and loyalty programs

Qualifications
- 3+ years retail/sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license (for potential CA travel)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing a plus
