Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads within the Houston metropolitan area.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective communication and relationship building.
- Present our product portfolio to decision-makers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide accurate, timely updates on sales activities and forecast pipeline numbers to management.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients to maximize customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
