Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute the strategic vision for the Year 2026 initiative, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing complex data streams in real-time.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including quantum computing protocols and advanced neural networks.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies for large-scale systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
