Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Demography, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Deep understanding of the U.S. Census Bureau methodologies and the 2026 Census timeline.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale data projects.
