Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-state solutions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of long-term innovation initiatives.

- Communicate complex strategic visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives with a focus on long-term (5-10 year) horizons.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Experience managing budgets for R&D and innovation projects.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
