Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 Roadmap: Define and communicate the comprehensive strategic technology roadmap for the company's 2026 vision, aligning with business goals.
- Future Tech Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to identify opportunities for disruption.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and external partners to align strategic initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead and oversee internal innovation labs focused on experimental projects with high potential ROI.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and success metrics to track the progress of strategic initiatives and report quarterly to the board.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term strategic visions (5+ years out) for large-scale organizations.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically regarding AI and automation.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
