Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive long-term technical strategy that aligns with business goals and industry trends.
- Architect Future Solutions: Design scalable, resilient, and innovative system architectures capable of handling the demands of the next generation of digital infrastructure.
- Drive Innovation: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Generative AI) and evaluate their potential for integration into our core product lines.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies to ensure that visionary projects are grounded in reality and achievable within budget and timeline constraints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or PhD preferred).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think several steps ahead and translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems, and API design.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives and diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities may shift rapidly.
