Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or generative AI frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise technology transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Certification in quantum algorithms or cloud architecture
- Experience with federal tech modernization projects
