- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Develop patent-pending solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with 15+ cross-disciplinary researchers
- Represent QuantumLeap at Davos, CES, and IEEE 2026 Summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D or strategic technology roles with 5+ years in futurism
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough tech products (3+ case studies)
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Published author in IEEE Nature or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
- SC cleared security clearance for government collaborations
