Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline long-term technical strategies and infrastructure goals.
- Lead Cloud Architecture: Oversee the migration and optimization of our cloud-native architecture using AWS and Azure.
- Drive Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Readiness) to maintain a competitive edge.
- System Scalability: Design high-availability systems that can handle projected growth and traffic spikes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions meet strict security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Future-Forward Thinking: A strong aptitude for analyzing market trends and anticipating future technological shifts.
