Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Lead the design and implementation of scalable software architectures tailored for 2026-era technology stacks.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives focused on emerging tech trends, including Generative AI and Quantum algorithms.
- Code Optimization: Drive performance optimization across our cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of 6-8 junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Security Implementation: Integrate enterprise-grade security protocols into all new development cycles to protect proprietary data.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in AWS or Azure, specifically with Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term tech trends and 2026 readiness.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
