Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver high-fidelity 2D web layouts and wireframes using industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, user-centric designs.
- Create stunning visual assets, icons, illustrations, and micro-interactions that enhance the overall user experience.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products and touchpoints.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize conversion funnels.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to the leadership team for feedback and approval.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in 2D web design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D illustration, iconography, and responsive web design.
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly preferred.
