Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI architectures using modern frameworks like LangChain and AutoGPT.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for inference speed and cost-efficiency using quantization and pruning techniques.
- Develop robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance model accuracy with real-time data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing software ecosystems.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning libraries.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, BERT, GPT models, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to deployment.
