Core Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced deep learning models for large-scale production environments.
- Architect Infrastructure: Build scalable machine learning pipelines and data architecture using cloud-native technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or artificial intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems for AI workloads.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI model development from concept to deployment.
- Design and optimize data pipelines to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI product requirements and roadmaps.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Applied Math).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
