Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines designed for 2026 scalability requirements.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
